Founded by Samia, Studio 1865 was born out of a vision to provide a beautifully curated space where every detail—from ambiance to execution—supports unforgettable experiences.

With over 15 years of experience planning and coordinating corporate events, and 7 years managing private celebrations, Samia brings deep expertise and passion to every event she touches. Her strength lies in her ability to communicate seamlessly with clients, vendors, and teams—ensuring that each event runs smoothly, on time, and with style.

Retainer
A NON-REFUNDABLE retainer of 50% or $500 (whichever is the lesser of the two) is REQUIRED to reserve a date. The remaining balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to event date.
Security Deposit / Incidentals
$250 Incidental Fee
This fee will be requested to be refunded five to ten business days after your event if there are not any incidents or damages, and the rental time is not exceeded.
Capacity
The capacity varies depending on the type of event and the setup. However, the space can comfortably accommodate up to 72 guests seated, 100 standing.
Cancellations
All retainers and payments received are NON-Refundable. If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 14 days prior to scheduled event. Events cancelled less than 7 days prior to event date will owe the remaining invoice balance.
Outside Vendors
No problem. You are welcome to bring in your own vendors. We love giving you the flexibility to choose the vendors that fit your taste and style!
Alcohol
If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, it must be served by a licensed and insured bartender. A copy of the license/permit and Liquor Liability Insurance must be provided 14 days prior to your event.
No alcohol sales, cash bars, or outside distribution.
Service must stop 1 hour before the event ends.
Intoxicated or underage guests may not be served.
No alcohol may leave the venue or be consumed in the parking lot.
Security is non-negotiable if you choose to serve alcohol.
